Is it Safe to buy from the site?

Our site utilizes commercially proven methods of payment.  We do not store credit card details and will always strive to make your shopping experience as safe as possible.

I’ve attended your exhibition but didn’t make it back before your closed to make my purchase at the discounted price – can I still qualify for the discount?

Worry not – we always strive to make a plan for you, our valued customer.  Please email sales@mstsolutions.co.za quoting the exhibition and contact person and we’ll send you a coupon code.

Warranty, Defects, Returns

How do I contact customer services?

You may contact us via the customer services or via email (help@mstsolutions.co.za).  We will ensure that our friendliest staff responds to your request.

Do your products carry a warranty?

All electronic items carry at least a 1 year warranty.  Where an item carries more than a 1 year warranty, the duration will be quoted on that product’s page.

How can I return a product?

Email us and we’ll try to understand the reason for return and assist or walk you through a setup if needed.  Please return within 5 days of receiving the product.  Is the product is defective, we can try to replace.  Please send us your order number, product name, detailed description of the problem (videos could also be helpful).  We will then send you a returns form to complete and return the goods.  We can then either replace the item or refund.  Please note that return shipping is at your cost.

My package was damaged on arrival, what do I do?

Leave it to us to trace the culprit before yelling at the delivery person.

Ensure that the delivery person makes a note on the delivery document that you sign before opening.  It is preferable that you take a picture and include in your mail to help@mstsolutions.co.za

This email needs to be sent within 5 days of delivery.  You can then open the package to determine if the actual contents are damaged or if you are able to use the product.  If you are not happy with the product, follow the returns procedure.

How do I place an order?

You need to register on our site (this, of course, is free).  Ensure that your delivery and contact details are correct.  If you are a returning user, make sure that your details are current.

When you are ready to pay and complete the order, click on checkout and follow the easy prompts.

You can make use of our online payment facilities.  We accept payment via payfast or credit card.

 

Shipping

How long will it take to deliver our order?

We will strive to deliver your product within 5-7 working days.  Should we be out of stock of an item, this may take longer but you will be notified of such delays. 

When your order is placed and the package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for peace of mind.

 

Do you ship to PO Box/Private Bag addresses

Unfortunately, No.  We only ship to physical addresses where a receiving signature can be obtained.  Be careful of supplying addresses of large companies, public locations as the delivery could be signed off at reception.  When placing an order, always leave your contact telephone/mobile numbers so that you can be notified of delivery

 

Do the Prices include Shipping?

No.  Orders may vary in size/weight resulting in higher courier fees.  Location is also important as courier charges may be different (Delivering to our neighbor is always cheaper than delivering to a desert 400km away)

 

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of the order as well as the location.  The delivery quote will be generated in your cart before payment.  Watch out for our specials as some products/purchases may have up to 100% off on your shipping costs.
